Linda Li is the director of Horwath HTL based in Beijing. Prior to joining Horwath, Ms. Li worked at Xiamen Airlines with managerial responsibilities in legal service. Ms. Li has worked with Horwath for more than 9 years and participated hundreds of hotel and tourism projects throughout the region. The projects she has been involved in cover the fields of master plan for aggregated resort destination, market and financial feasibility study, hotel valuations, hotel repositioning and renovation, brand strategy study, due diligence, hotel benchmarking analysis and hotel management company selection and negotiation, etc. Ms. Li is also the associate editor of the annual publication of China Hotel Industry Study.

Presently, Wayne LI is Executive Director and Vice President Development Greater China of AccorHotels and in charge of hotel development in Greater China (including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) and Mongolia. The brands are covering from luxury, up-scale, mid-scale to economy and the business models include investment, management and franchise.
Wayne joined AccorHotels in early 2006 and headed the hotel investment in Greater China, which the business models are covering land purchase, property purchase, property leasing, JV and so on. In total, Wayne had led his team to have made a hotel investment over US$300 Million across Greater China. In 2010, Wayne helped the group on the launch of the franchise business of Ibis brand in China and subsequently enlarged it to mid-scale brand of Mercure in 2012.
In the past nearly 10 years, Wayne has led the team in having developed over 120 hotel projects in Greater China through investment, management and franchise. In addition, Wayne is also responsible for the Asset Management on group’s invested hotel properties in Greater China so as to optimize its property value and profit.
Prior to join in AccorHotels, Wayne ever worked in Shangri-La, McDonald’s and Carrefour on the operation and development roles.

Ying Li is a Partner in the Lodging & Gaming Group and the Corporate Department of Proskauer Rose LLP, resident in our Hong Kong, Beijing and New York offices. Having been based in China and Hong Kong for over 20 years at leading international law firms, Ying is experienced in the areas of real estate and hospitality. He has assisted multinational companies in entering into the China market and structuring their projects and transactions in China involving joint ventures, wholly foreign owned enterprises, concessions, licensing and franchising, development and construction, acquisitions and sales, financing and restructuring, management and cooperation. Ying participated in negotiation and documentation of projects involving the first group of international private clubs, golf clubs and casinos entering into China.
Ying has recently advised Fairmont, Four Seasons, Jumeirah, Starwood Hotels and other first-tier international hotel groups on their joint ventures, hotel management agreements and regulatory issues in China, including the well-known Peace Hotel project in Shanghai. Samuel Lim was appointed Vice President, Development, China of Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group in October 2012, leading the group’s development efforts in China.
Samuel is multi-skilled in the hotel and real estate industry. Samuel has broad experience in management contract negotiations and deal structuring, client management, property valuations (hotels, resorts and serviced apartments), cash-flow analysis, financial modeling, feasibility studies, due diligence and development strategy. Samuel has been involved in more than 100 projects in the Asia Pacific.
Samuel is bi-lingual, with experience in working with partners and clients in multi-cultural contexts.

Mr. Lin joined Marriott in 2003. Before that, he worked for McDonnell-Douglas Corporation from 1989.

Mr. Shen Lin joined Cushman & Wakefield as a management trainee, where he was involved in running the disposal, and acted in the bidding of numerous Real Estate projects across asset classes, including Hotel, office, retail, industrial and residential. In 2015, together with the investment team, he has helped a listed company to dispose its office building in Beijing.
Mr. Lin is also responsible for outbound investment services in Cushman’s North China investment team, dedicated in serving Chinese enterprises to invest overseas. In 2015, he has successfully assisted an SOE in acquiring a large UK hotel management group. This transaction marks the biggest investment in the UK hospitality industry by a Chinese enterprise.
