Mr. Qian is the President of Wanda Hotels & Resorts, an international luxury hotel management company from China. By the end of 2015, Wanda already opened 84 five-star luxury hotels in China, including 38 hotels and resorts under the management of over 10 international hotel brands, and 46 own managed Wanda brands.
Mr. Qian is a well-respected expert with nearly 30 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry. He began his career in Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. in 1986, at Sheraton Hua Ting Hotel in Shanghai. Two years after, he was relocated to Fiji Island for the position of hotel manager and was then promoted to be the General Manager of Sheraton Langkawi Beach Resort in 1995. Mr. Qian joined the group’s regional headquarters in Singapore on year 2000 to oversee the operations in Greater China. In 2012, he was appointed as the President of Greater China, where he introduced new initiatives for Chinese guests and developed the business in China. Under his guidance, the brand’s footprint and pipeline expanded and he established the country’s regional office in Shanghai.
An MBA graduate from Bond University, Australia, Mr. Qian earned his Doctorate degree in Business Administration from Victoria University.

Kent Sun, the Chief Development Officer of IHG Greater China, oversees the development of IHG properties in the region. Kent joined IHG Greater China corporate office in 2004 and has served as the leader of IHG Greater China Development Team since 2009. Under his six years’ leadership, IHG’s portfolio in Greater China increased significantly to 265 operating hotels and 205 in pipeline by the end of 2015, making Greater China the fastest growing region for IHG globally. Kent and his team’s outstanding achievement on developing strategic partnerships is the solid foundation of IHG’s leading position in China’s hotel industry. Kent contributed not only to the introduction of Hotel Indigo brand to Greater China, but also to the rapid growth of Holiday Inn Express brand in the region. Kent also played a key role in designing and developing HUALUXE Hotels & Resorts, the world’s first upscale hotel brand tailored for Chinese consumers by IHG.
As a veteran of hotel industry, Kent is considered one of China’s top leaders in hotel industry due to his over twenty year’s development and operation experiences and extraordinary leadership.

Nigel Summers is a Director of Horwath HTL (HHTL). Mr. Summers is based in HHTL’s Hong Kong office and has been involved in more than 1,000 hotel and tourism projects throughout the region including, China, the Philippines, North and South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Brunei, Singapore, Australia and Fiji. He is also a frequent speaker at industry related conferences around the region and a commentator in the media. Prior to joining Horwath Asia Pacific in 1994, Mr. Summers worked as a lawyer specializing in commercial contracts and transactions with Mallesons Stephen Jacques in Melbourne, Australia; as a financial analyst with the Meridien Hotel, London and with Southern Pacific Hotels in Australia.

Stefan Tweraser joined SnapShot as CEO in December 2015. Since then, his extensive experience and insight has positioned SnapShot as a leader and innovator in the hotel tech space.
Dr. Stefan Tweraser studied business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, and was director of studies for marketing and sales at the Vienna University of Applied Sciences. After working at McKinsey & Comp., where he was elected partner in record time, and Telekom Austria, Stefan joined Google as Country Director for the DACH region, in 2008.

Grace WANG went to Japan for studying since childhood. She graduated from Keio University (faculty of law), the top private institution of higher education in Asia, which is known as the entrepreneur's cradle. After graduation, she went to Japan's largest media advertising company, RECRUIT Co., Ltd., responsible for company's core media planning, marketing and public relationship. She led the company to open up the business cooperation in Chinese market which was the precedent of transnational media enterprise cooperation.
2005, Grace WANG refused to stay at the top of the company, and returned to Shanghai devoting in a brand-new challenge with high passion. As the first general manager of online business department in JANSEN Media Company, she set up the online service platform for company's real estate, decoration, tourism and other projects that pushed the company transform from the traditional media to the new media effectively.
